Say it naturally.
CaptureA thought does not need a filing system. Share it in plain language; the console turns it into structured tasks and events.
A more considered kind of assistant
The promise you made. The follow-up that drifted.
Meet OctoExec, a proactive AI chief of staff built around what matters next.
In private pilot. Built for people with a lot in motion.

“I’ll get that over to you Thursday.”
The reply you wrote in your head.
The small thing that became a loose end.
The good intention buried under everything else.
A little follow-through
A preview of the experience we’re building: a loose commitment becomes one manageable next step.
Send Maya the proposal on Thursday.
The proposal for Maya. Start with the opening paragraph?
The work underneath
Three connected capabilities form the foundation of the private pilot.
A thought does not need a filing system. Share it in plain language; the console turns it into structured tasks and events.
Useful preferences and details can carry into the next interaction. Spend less time explaining the same things again.
Dashboard reminders bring work back into view, with quiet hours, daily limits and follow-ups you can stop.
Attention is a privilege
Help should leave you with more space. The pilot respects quiet hours, limits daily reminders, and stops pending follow-ups when you reply.
Your attention. Your boundaries. This example waits between 22:00 and 07:00. Your attention deserves boundaries.
Calm under pressure
OctoExec began with an ER physician’s experience of carrying many threads at once. It’s being built around a simple conviction: a useful assistant should make the next move clearer.
Why we’re building itAn honest look inside
Here’s what is in the private pilot and what comes next. Early access means joining that journey.
Turn a brain dump into structured tasks and events through the console.
Retain useful preferences and context from what you share.
Dashboard reminders with quiet hours, daily limits, and follow-up cancellation.
The vision is to reach you in a familiar conversation. Phone delivery is not connected yet.
Bring existing commitments into the picture through connected sources.
Resurface possible loose ends and help narrow a demanding day.
A few useful answers
OctoExec is in a private, founder-operated pilot. Joining early access registers your interest; it does not create a product account or grant immediate access.
That is part of the vision. The current pilot uses a private console and dashboard reminders. SMS and calls are in development.
The goal is less mental upkeep. The pilot already includes quiet hours, a daily reminder limit, and cancellation of follow-ups when you reply.
Not currently. Calendar and email connections are planned. This website does not ask you to connect either account.
There is no charge to join the list and no payment information is collected. Product pricing has not been announced.
We store it so we can follow up about access. The Privacy page explains the information collected, the services involved, and how to request removal.
